Change the Mode of Operation from Normal to Safe Mode

First of all, you have to access the safe mode on the infected system so that to execute the manual removal instructions. Restart the PC, and press the F8 key repeatedly to get the access of the boot options, before selecting the safe mode. Strike the Enter key to boot the system in the safe mode.
End the Malicious Processes

You are required to end the associated processes of the Windows Prime Shield. In this regard, open the windows task manager by pressing the Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys together, and click on the processes tab to see the list of processes.   • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Windows Prime Shield\UninstallString “%AppData%[RANDOM CHARACTERS][RANDOM CHARACTERS].exe” -u
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce\[RANDOM CHARACTERS] %AppData%\[RANDOM CHARACTERS]\[RANDOM CHARACTERS].exe
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Windows Prime Shield\ShortcutPath “%AppData%\[RANDOM CHARACTERS]\[RANDOM CHARACTERS].exe” -u
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Windows Prime Shield\DisplayName Windows Prime Shield

Close the registry editor, and boot the computer in the normal mode to see the effectiveness of the manual removal method. Run a system scan through any reliable antivirus program.
